How to join the Drink Good Wine loyalty program?
Fill out the registration form on the Drink Good Wine site, put your name, phone number, email. Tick the box that you agree to the processing of personal data. Then press the button “Join"
What happens to my points if I don't use them within a year?
Points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are credited to your account. If during this time you do not want to use them to pay for orders and purchases, they will be canceled.
Who can use my points instead of me?
Only you can use your points. They are credited to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.
How much do I need to place an order to receive loyalty points?
As a member of our loyalty program, you receive 10% points from every purchase, regardless of its value. On top of that, you get 5,000 points for orders of 150,000 Kč per year and 1,000 points for orders of 50,000 Kč per year. Also, when subscribing to EasyWine, you get 100, 200 and 500 points monthly with the Balthazar, Magnum or Imperial subscription plans respectively. In addition, you get 100 points for joining the loyalty program. 300 points as a gift for each of your birthdays. 500 points for subscribing to the EasyWine service.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
The loyalty program does not provide for the transfer of points accrued to you to third parties.
What should I do if I forgot my username and password from my personal account?
If you have forgotten your personal account password, you can restore it by clicking on the personal account icon in the upper right corner to open the authorization form, then on the "Forgot password?" You will be required to enter the email address you used when registering. Within a few minutes you will receive a link to reset your password. If you do not remember your password or email, you can contact the support service by writing to support@drink-good-wine.com with a request to restore your Personal Account. Support specialists will help you resolve this issue within 1 work day.
I didn't earn points, what I have to do?
If in your personal account you do not see the points that you should have been awarded for your order, please contact customer support using the feedback form, or by calling +420 608 456 717, or by email to support@drink-good wine.com
Points after the purchase did not accrue to me as I expected. What should I do?
Log in to your personal account and make sure that your last purchase was successfully paid for and is displayed in the history with the appropriate status. If this is all right, please note that the accrual of loyalty points is usually fast, but it can take up to 24 hours from the time of payment for the purchase. Please, if possible, take 1-2 screenshots of your device for our specialists, where all the necessary information will be visible. Is it possible to buy a DGW Gift Card with Loyalty Programme points?
Points are accepted as payment only for orders at DGW. Points cannot be used to purchase a DGW Gift Card. However, points can be used together with a Gift Card to pay for any DGW purchases.
