Deep yellow in colour with strong mineral notes and a slight mineral after taste. Paired with a grilled fish works to perfection.

Delicious, dry, smooth textured with a crisp acidity, hints of honey, butter, stone and peach, a great wine for cheeses and pasta

Interesting white wine. honey and baking spice seemed to dominate this wine in the best way possible. apricot peach and cream also made for a wonderful tasting!

It has a rich nose that opens with intense aromas of pears and wet rocks. With a swirl, sweet jasmine petals float with the scent of tart white peaches. The palate is rich and weighty, but kept in check by medium acidity.

Tasting 24/2/21
A benchmark wine for Inama, nothing close to your usual Soave Classico. Peach, yellow apple, apricot, almond, honeysuckle, lees, yeasty, cheesy, smoke, vanilla, sweet baking spices. Med+ acidity, full body, medium alcohol, med+ finish and oily texture. Amazing integration of the oak and extremely balanced result. Great ageing potential but certainly an amazing wine to drink now too.

This is a luxurious Soave. Intense and deep lemon color. And what a complexity... aromatic stone fruits (apricot and red apple), delicate honey and nutty nuance, and light bitterness (probably from oak tannin). Oak is well-combined into wine and citrus finish is awesome. Paired great with octopus soup, good with spicy stir-fried octopus, and bad with raw octopus with sesame oil. The oil all the way kills wine flavors. (failed experiment) Lovely, highly recommendable.

Had it with X-mas lunch dried fish egg. Full-bodied. Deep yellow color. Low acidity.

This was such a cool treat. Tasted of an amazing champagne with no bubbles. Lots of creaminess, yeasty bread flavors that we associate with great champagne.

Lovely Garganega with lots of honey and minerals, some stone and almond. However, body of peach and white peach. As the label says, sumptuous.
