You know how a lot of sparkling wines kinda taste the same, in a flat, generic way, when the bubbles are the only thing that makes it interesting? Well, not this one. It is an explosion of aromas, so distinctive. The sparkle is only a plus, not the foundation stone.

Super salty. Very mineralic. Stony. Dry as fuck. Lemon. Lime. Stonefruit. Balsamic. Special wine, no doubt about it. Tough to enjoy over a long time as it has high acidity and tight structure but it us really good produced and it does not want to be liked by everyone. Fair.
