Nice. Almost water clear, slightly green colour. Light, fruity palate with peach, white melon and hay. Light bubbles, medium length finish.

Actually I believe that is at their border with brut, but very nice, very well balanced, friendly and just perfect for lunch. Apple notes, lemon, peach, minerals, pear, melon and apricot.

4.1* I like this one a lot! It was a great match to spicy food today. Very low suggar level and beautifull minerality with some saline notes. Nose: green apple, pear, lime Mouth: medium acidity, very low suggar level (no sweetness at all), fine bubbles, medium(-) body. Notes of green apple, apricot, lime, minerals and stone. In the finish (medium long) small impression of saline. Great prosecco different from typical mass-produced extra-dry or brut. Great for food pairing.

Excellent Prosecco sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene in the north east of Italy. An Extra Brut Prosecco, almost no rest sugar left in the wine. Fresh and crisp white sparkling wine with a high acidity combined with a dry aftertaste. Pale yellow of color. Flavors of citrus fruit, green apple and minerals.

Lots of bubbles, quite subtle flavour though - agree with pears mentioned in some reviews, bit of lemon in there for me too. Enjoyable but not my favourite from Ruggeri
